1. Purchase & Payment
Tickets are sold online via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of booking, and a confirmation receipt will be issued by email. Please retain this receipt, as it may be required for entry.
2. Ticket Validity & Entry
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time stated. Entry is subject to presentation of a valid ticket or Stripe receipt and compliance with venue policies.
3. Digital Tickets & Receipts
Your Stripe receipt acts as proof of purchase. Lost, deleted, or inaccessible receipts remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Pricing & Fees
All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Stripe processing or booking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled.
• If the event is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
• If the event is rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund if you are unable to attend the new date.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in line with Stripe’s payment processing rules.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact the organiser directly to resolve any issues before raising a payment dispute or chargeback through Stripe or your card provider. Proof of attendance, entry logs, or wristband issue may be used to contest invalid chargebacks.
7. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including timings, layout, or programme. Minor changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
8. Admission & Conduct
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of venue policies or licensing laws. No refund will be due in these circumstances.
9. Age Restrictions
Where applicable, age restrictions apply. Valid photographic ID may be required. Failure to produce ID will result in refusal of entry without refund.
10. Wristbands & Accreditation
Where wristbands are issued, they must be worn at all times and remain intact. Lost, removed, or tampered wristbands may result in refusal of entry without refund.
11. Health & Safety
All guests must comply with health and safety requirements and follow instructions from venue staff and security.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, the organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
13. Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for cancellation or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
14. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
